You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winlah will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. All transactions on winlah are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
winlah does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are prohibited. Where a third-party payment source is identified, the transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. winlah reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and VIP tier. winlah accepts no liability for delays caused by your financial institution or payment service provider.
Deposits that remain unused in an account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the account maintenance schedule. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
winlah offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods, which are published alongside each offer.
Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the expiry and forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.

No content from the winlah platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of winlah.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant any ownership rights and may be revoked by winlah at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winlah's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winlah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform or its Services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
winlah does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. winlah will endeavour to minimise downtime and to notify Members of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
winlah collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the winlah platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winlah uses your data to operate and improve the platform, to process transactions, to comply with regulatory and legal obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and — with your consent — to send you promotional communications. You may update your communication preferences at any time from within your account settings.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting winlah support. Any verified cash balance remaining in a closed account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member using the original deposit method, subject to completed identity verification.
winlah reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the winlah platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as provided in Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulations and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which winlah is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer. winlah's dispute resolution process does not limit your right to escalate complaints to the relevant gaming authority where applicable.
